Please know that at Sierra Shop LLC, we are taking all the CDC-recommended steps in our local office and warehousing facilities.

Our teams are working extended hours to manufacture and ship our pet products to you, our customers around the United States and the rest of the world, as quickly as possible. However, you may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed and extended lead times for shipping. So while our goal is to get your order shipped and on its way to you as soon as possible, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to reach you during these unusual times. Please understand, once we hand off to the shipper (USPS, UPS, etc.) we are no longer in control of the package.
